Leadership Residency Program

The Leadership Residency Program is a two-year, rotational leadership development program designed for college graduates. The program brings together mission-aligned, high potential talent from universities to develop and grow an internal talent pipeline of future leaders.

Program details and qualifications

Leadership residents engage in both system and market activities designed to provide broad learning experiences that will challenge and equip them to be capable leaders. Through carefully curated learning lists, daily work assignments, group projects, and executive mentoring, residents will gain experience and exposure in human resources, finance, clinical operations, business operations, and leadership development.

• October – November: Application open and on-campus recruitment and interviews begin
• November 31: Application deadline
• December: Selection of residents
• August: Residents begin program
