Compass Healthcare Career Explorers
Explore and engage in broader healthcare experiences
Adventist Health Castle’s Compass Healthcare Program is a powerful gateway for individuals exploring careers in healthcare. Through hands-on patient experience and direct support of clinical staff, participants gain invaluable exposure to real-world healthcare settings.
