Application process

Applications to the primary care sports medicine fellowship must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). If granted, contact will be made through ERAS regarding the interview process. Interviews will be held in the Fall of each calendar year. Please note that Adventist Health White Memorial does not sponsor visas or accept J-1 or F-1 visas. Applicants must have:

  • Completed an accredited residency program in family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics
  • Full, unrestricted California State medical license prior to the start of the fellowship year
