21 straight A grades for hospital safety 

Adventist Health Glendale has earned 21 consecutive "A" grades for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group. Only 31 hospitals in the country and seven in California have earned 21 continuous “A” grades since 2015. We are the only hospital in our community, including Glendale, Pasadena, La Cañada, and Burbank, with a current “A” rating. The Leapfrog grading system is peer-reviewed, fully transparent, and free to the public. Grades are updated twice annually, in the fall and spring.

Magnet-designated for nursing excellence 

Adventist Health Glendale is recognized as a Magnet-designated organization by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the highest and most prestigious international distinction that a healthcare organization can receive for nursing. Fewer than 9% of U.S. hospitals are Magnet-recognized. We are the first healthcare facility in Glendale to receive this distinction.
