What can I do on MyChart?

MyChart has a range of features designed to make staying connected to your care easier and more seamless. Use the portal for:

  • Finding your health information all in one place, such as medications, test results, and medical records
  • Schedule and manage appointments for yourself and family members
  • Connect with a doctor no matter where you are, including through virtual visits
  • Take care of your children and other family members through proxy access
  • Find care faster and reserve your place in line at an urgent care or emergency room with “On My Way”

How do I sign up?

There are several different methods to sign up for MyChart:

  • You may receive a text message or email with an activation code when you come in for a visit.
  • You are able to use self-signup online to create a MyChart account by matching your information against what is on file in your medical record or with third-party identity verification.
  • Clinic staff might sign you up directly while you're at the front desk or in the exam room.
  • You might receive a MyChart activation code on your After Visit Summary or on a billing statement.

How do I use MyChart on various devices?

To log in to MyChart, you need access to a computer or mobile device connected to the internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari). You can also use the MyChart mobile app on a mobile device.

What will happen to my medical records that are in a different electronic health record through Adventist Health?

Most medical records will be transferred to MyChart. Patients will still be able to access their historical data via legacy portals. Learn more about what will transfer and how to access legacy portals.

I have an existing MyChart account. Do I need to create a new one?

Those who already have MyChart accounts can try signing in with an existing username and password. If that doesn’t work, please use the “Forgot login information" link on the MyChart login page to reset your username and password. I’ve heard about a MyChart phishing scam. How can I safely access my information?
