The program begins with a consultation to review your symptoms and create a personalized plan. You’ll then take part in six 90-minute group and individual education sessions with follow-up assessments at 6 weeks, 12 weeks and 12 months. A multidisciplinary team works with you on practical, take-home strategies tailored to your needs. Your plan may include:

  • Hearing and tinnitus assessments
