Public Meeting
The California Attorney General will conduct public meetings concerning the proposed transaction between St. Joseph Health System and Adventist Health System/West. The purpose of the public meetings is to receive comments on the proposed transaction and its affects on the communities served by both health systems, and to consider any Health Care Impact Statement prepared by consultants engaged by the California Attorney General in connection with the California Attorney General's review of this transaction, as required by Corporations Code section 5920 et seq. or to consider prior Conditions issued by the Attorney General. Prior to the public meetings, any Health Care Impact Statement will be available on the California Attorney General's website at http://www.oag.ca.gov/charities/nonprofithosp.
