At Adventist Health, we work hard to help you stay healthy. This includes providing assistance if you have trouble paying your medical bill. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

At Adventist Health, our team can help you find affordable insurance coverage and show you different options to make paying your bills easier.
Payment plans
With our payment plans, you can pay your bill in smaller amounts spread out over time. To learn more, please call us at 800-593-1551.
Medicaid coverage
We can help you obtain coverage through Medicaid and/or other government programs. If you have an upcoming visit with Adventist Health or have received care within the last 90 days, our government program specialists will help you determine which programs you may be eligible for. Call 844-827-5047.
Financial Assistance Applications
If you do not qualify for a government program, you may qualify for financial assistance based on your family size and income. You can complete an application when you are receiving care or by calling our financial assistance team at 844-827-5047.

Hospital Bill Complaint Program
The Hospital Bill Complaint Program is a California state program which reviews hospital decisions about whether you qualify for help paying your hospital bill. If you believe you were wrongly denied financial assistance, you may file a complaint with the Hospital Bill Complaint Program.
