Our retail pharmacy
Conveniently located in West Lodi, our retail pharmacy provides a full range of medications and vaccinations, accepts prescriptions via phone, e-fax or regular fax, and can transfer prescriptions from your current pharmacy. Our pharmacists are a valuable resource to help you understand your medication, the dosing instructions and any possible side effects. Most insurances are accepted, and Spanish translation is available.
Medical therapy management
Our pharmacy also offers medical therapy management for patients with complicated conditions like diabetes or those who need assistance taking medications. This service ensures patients are taking the right medication at the right times and right doses, while also determining if the desired outcome is being achieved or alternative solutions might be needed due to side effects.
Anticoagulation Clinic
Adventist Health Lodi Memorial’s Anticoagulation Clinic monitors patients taking blood-thinning drugs like Coumadin (warfarin), providing peace of mind to patients and their physicians. The clinic schedules one-on-one consultations, monitors patients with blood testing and provides patient education.
