We know enjoying a happy, healthy life starts with the earliest years. That’s why we offer a safe, enriching experience at the Adventist Health Glendale Children’s Center — a childcare center and preschool for infants to five-year-olds. Run by experienced, nurturing teachers and based on a nationally recognized curriculum, our center provides an engaging atmosphere where your kids can thrive.

About our Children’s Center

The Adventist Health Glendale Children’s Center has been providing employee and community families with high quality childcare since 1984. Children spend their days here in an environment that encourages and enhances their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our program philosophy is play-based, and our teachers utilize a nationally recognized creative curriculum that fosters growth and preparation for your child’s future social and academic success.

Parents and teachers connect through an app-based communication platform, so parents have real-time information about their child’s day at their fingertips via tablet or mobile phone. Ongoing child observations are shared throughout the year.

The Children’s Center holds two licenses through the California Department of Social Services to serve children aged six weeks through five years.

NAEYC Accreditation

Our Infant-toddler and preschool programs are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and have maintained this accreditation since 1999. The criteria for this accreditation are carefully assessed across all standards of the care and the care environment. NAEYC Accreditation ensures that programs are safe, well-prepared, and intentional about ensuring child successes and outcomes while fostering positive relationships with families.
