Free wellness resources and support for seniors
Adventist Health Glendale’s Live Well Program offers a wide range of events, activities and resources to improve the health and wellness of our senior community. Membership is entirely free and everyone over the age of 60 is eligible to join.

Special programs and classes
Live Well features a range of programs and classes for different needs, from keeping your heart healthy and improving mobility to helping you regain your strength and stamina when recovering from a medical incident. Learn more below.
Fitness classes and schedule
Our certified trainers offer different classes every Monday through Thursday. Some are in-person while others are online.
- Balance Fit: Mondays at 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Fit and Flow: Tuesdays at 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
- Tai Chi: Wednesdays at 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
- Mobility Stability: Wednesdays at 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Chair Yoga: Thursdays at 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Go Heart
Go Heart is a free community-based program to help you live better, longer. We offer activities for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. The goals are to decrease stress, increase happiness, and prevent heart disease and related illnesses.
Everyone over the age of 18 is eligible – become a member today.

Strong Again
Recovering from a medical incident? Ready to start strengthening and stretching your body? Build back your strength by attending our Short-term Strength Training Program. Chair fitness classes and martial arts sessions are available. Ask your physician if a chair exercise program will aid your recovery. Classes are offered weekly at 10 a.m. Hand weights recommended.
