Shuttle services
We are pleased to offer complimentary shuttle services on weekdays for those on the Ridge who have difficulty getting to their appointments.
If you have an appointment with an Adventist Health provider at any of our Paradise locations, you can request shuttle services to and from your appointments. If you need transportation to the Feather River Health Center for laboratory or medical imaging services, our shuttle service may be able to help.
Transportation must be scheduled in advance through our Customer Service Center. Call 530-872-2000 as soon as you know your appointment day and time, as availability is limited.

Canyon Café
We welcome everyone to stop by our Canyon Café to refuel or just relax. Conveniently located on the first floor of the Feather River Health Center in Paradise, our café offers made-to-order meals, soups, snacks, and beverages. Daily menus feature a variety of selections, from fresh fruits, and salads to a soup of the day and weekly specials.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Closed on weekends
GET online café ordering
For your convenience, you can order anything from our Canyon Café from the GET ordering app. GET lets you browse the menu, create your order, and select a designated pick-up time that works for you. Your order will be fresh and ready when you arrive. Download the GET app today for easy ordering at the Canyon Café.
Vending machines
Snack vending machines are located in the first floor lobby.
Parking
Parking for patients and visitors is available 24/7. Please do not park in reserved or certain designated areas such as handicapped spaces without proper authorization. Make sure to lock your car while on our campus.
Free Wi-Fi
Wireless internet service is available in the waiting rooms of our facilities. You may use your personal laptop computer or smart device. Choose the network AHPublic and accept the terms and conditions.
