Advanced breast imaging

Available at both of our locations, we’re proud to offer 3D mammography which is proven to provide greater accuracy for detecting breast cancer. By taking multiple pictures of each breast in just four seconds, a 3D mammogram gives radiologists clear, highly focused images of the breast’s tissue, layer by layer. This technique is especially beneficial for women with dense breast tissue and offers more accurate early cancer detection and treatment planning. If further imaging is needed, we offer breast MRI and breast ultrasound capability.

Nuclear medicine

A nuclear scan is an important tool for your physician, helping them assess and diagnose many conditions such as tumors, infections, or organ enlargement. Our GE NM 830 brings the latest in nuclear medicine technology to our community. Offering increased sensitivity and clarity, this technology reduces dose and scan times which result in greater patient comfort with improved detection of smaller lesions.

Offering a wide bore and a shorter tunnel, our MRI technology can accommodate larger individuals and those who may have challenges with enclosed, smaller spaces.
