New Development Council Expands Community Partnerships

New Development Council Expands Community Partnerships

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is pleased to announce the formation of the Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Development Council, a new group of community volunteers and hospital leaders dedicated to strengthening the connection between local healthcare and the communities we serve throughout Mendocino County.

The Development Council is being established to ensure community voices help inform philanthropic priorities and guide charitable investments that address the region's most pressing healthcare needs. By bringing together engaged community members and hospital leadership, the council will help support initiatives that improve access to care and advance community health close to home.

Council members will receive regular updates on philanthropy programs, fundraising efforts, and charitable fund activity across Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. Working alongside the Office of Philanthropy, members will help identify funding priorities, provide community perspective, support fundraising initiatives, and contribute to efforts that strengthen local healthcare services.

The council will also serve as a bridge between Adventist Health Ukiah Valley and the broader community, fostering collaboration, building trust, and helping champion projects that make a meaningful difference for patients and families throughout the region.

Individuals who are passionate about healthcare philanthropy, community service, and improving local health outcomes are encouraged to learn more about this volunteer opportunity.

For additional information about joining the Adventist Health Ukiah Valley Development Council, please contact Faith Hornby in the Office of Philanthropy.
