Sponsorships
Supporting community projects and programs
As a not-for-profit health system, Adventist Health St. Helena is proud to serve our community. One of the ways we do this is through philanthropic support for projects and programs offered within the communities we serve.
Aligning our support with our mission and community’s need
As part of our mission to inspire health, wholeness and hope, we support community programs that focus on medical care, education, health screenings, and other community initiatives. We are honored to partner with community organizations on initiatives that leverage our strengths as a healthcare provider.
We invest in our community to improve the quality of life for current and future residents. Sponsorships are tied to the high-priority areas outlined in our Community Health Needs Assessment, including:
More information about requesting support
Adventist Health St. Helena has developed guidelines for sponsorship requests. This information will help you assess the compatibility of your sponsorship request with Adventist Health St. Helena’s mission — the guiding principle for all sponsorship allocations. Our team is eager and willing to work with you to create a mutually beneficial partnership that supports the needs of our community.
Community sponsorship/partnership goals
The goals of our sponsorships are to:
- Support programs that align with Adventist Health St. Helena’s mission to live God’s love by inspiring health, wholeness and hope.
- To partner with community organizations on initiatives that will leverage our strengths as a hospital provider — including well-being and environment.
- To invest in our community to improve the quality of life for current and future residents.
In addition to investing in sponsorships, Adventist Health St. Helena employees are encouraged to volunteer and contribute to our community partners by providing leadership on boards; donation of time, energy, and skills to a project; or assist in other ways.

- Memberships
- Smaller group activities
- Pageants or field trips
- Individual scholarships and fellowships
- Organizations or activities outside of the Adventist Health St. Helena service area
Note: Adventist Health St. Helena does not discriminate based on creed, color, national origin, religion, or gender.
Submitting a funding request
In order to ensure that sponsorship funds are being allocated in keeping with organizational goals, each application undergoes a full review by the sponsorship committee. Requests must be received 90-days in advance of the event date, and we ask that you allow a 45-day response window for your sponsorship request.
Adventist Health St. Helena will limit the support provided to a maximum of one request per organization unless an exemption is made by the sponsorship committee.
Requests for in-kind support, i.e., health screenings, promotional items/giveaways, etc., will be assigned a monetary value and considered part of Adventist Health St. Helena’s contribution to an organization.
