Working at Adventist Health Simi Valley
Adventist Health Simi Valley is a 144-bed facility with over 1,000 employees, physicians and volunteers.
More than 50 years ago, local physician John Owsley Jones, and a group of forward-thinking residents had a vision for their small towns of Simi Valley and Santa Susana: They would create a special place of healing in the picturesque valley they called home.
Together, they built a faith-based healthcare facility to meet the needs of their growing community, a place that would become Adventist Health Simi Valley. Today, we strive to enhance the health and wellness of the communities we serve. As part of Adventist Health Southern California Region, we have the resources and support to do more for our patients and their families than ever before.
Living in Simi Valley, California
Simi Valley is a safe, suburban area nestled between an urban oasis and the stunning shores of the Pacific Ocean. It is a wonderful place to reside, offering a variety of activities suitable for people of all ages. Bordering Los Angeles allows us to hike in the morning and attend film premieres in the evening. Simi Valley is also an ideal location for top schools and a great place to raise a family while enjoying year-round great weather.
