Filing a compliance or privacy complaint
To file a compliance or privacy complaint with Adventist Health, call 888-366-3833 or email us at corpcomp@ah.org.
Reporting concerns to The Joint Commission
If your concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, you can contact The Joint Commission in three ways:
- Online: at JointCommission.org, search for “Report a Patient Safety Event”

Hospital Bill Complaint Program
The Hospital Bill complaint Program is a California state program which reviews hospital decisions about whether you qualify for help paying your hospital bill. If you believe you were wrongly denied financial assistance, you may file a complaint with the Hospital Bill Complaint Program.
