Medical Records
Viewing your medical records
Access to your medical records is important! It’s a great way to actively participate in your healthcare and understand conditions and treatments. When you understand your medical history and test results, you’re best equipped to ask questions and stay on track with screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care.
Patient portal for primary and specialty clinic care
For patients of the Adventist Health Medical Group clinics in San Luis Obispo County, we have the AthenaOne patient portal. This clinic patient portal allows you to view statements and pay online, securely message your provider, find the results of lab tests, and schedule appointments.
