If Adventist Health has sent you an email invitation to the patient portal, follow the instructions in the email to enroll. If you haven’t received an invitation, try using the steps under "Enroll without an invitation," or ask your doctor’s office to send you an email invitation at your next appointment.

Enroll without an invitation

Self enrollment is available to our adult patients (ages 18 and older). To self-enroll, use the email or telephone number we have on file, or your Adventist Health medical record number (MRN) found on a discharge summary, or other paperwork from a recent visit.

Enrollment for those 17 and under

Access to medical records through a patient portal follows current government requirements for those under 18. They include:

Children (ages 0-12 years)

Parents/guardians can request an invitation from Adventist Health staff to create a proxy account and have access to the child’s medical information in the patient portal. Due to current law, this portal account is automatically deactivated on the child’s 12th birthday.

Adolescents (ages 13-17)

Teens must request, in person, that an Adventist Health staff member email them an invitation to enroll in the portal. They may choose to allow an adult parent/guardian to also have proxy access, although the information the proxy can see is limited to immunizations, allergies, messaging, and appointments. Adolescent patients should be aware that once they turn 18, those with proxy access will see all patient information.

Patient portals for unique Adventist Health locations

Adventist Health’s patient portal is the same for most locations, but there are a couple of sites that have unique patient portal platforms:

Adventist Health Delano

With your busy life, it can be hard to stay on top of your family’s health care – even though it’s an important part of your life. We can help you with our new patient portal!

This interactive web portal allows you to take a more active role in your care by providing easy, secure access to your health information and online communication with our staff.

MyDRMC offers you a way to communicate with your care providers at your convenience. The portal is not a substitute for an office visit, but it does give you the ability to communicate with your care providers on your own schedule.

You can send a secure message from the portal to the appropriate staff in the hospital or clinic and are added to their daily workflow. You can schedule your next appointment, see your lab results and even view and pay your bill when you register for MyDRMC.

Important Information about the Patient Portal:
  • Use the portal for non-emergency communication.
  • We will not send any private health information to your email.
  • We will send you an email only when necessary, to request that you access Patient Portal to review private healthcare information we have posted in your Patient Portal account.
  • Documents and forms cannot be attached to Patient Portal messages.
  • Patient Portal is not checked on the weekends. It is only checked during normal business hours.
