Adventist Health Hanford has been named one of the 386 Cleanest Hospitals in the United States as ranked by Becker’s Hospital Review based on its 5-star cleanliness rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
This distinction reflects one of the highest possible honors for hospital cleanliness and patient satisfaction, as determined through the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, a national, standardized survey capturing patients’ perspectives on their recent inpatient experiences. The CMS data used for this list covers surveys completed between Oct. 1, 2023, and Sept. 30, 2024.
Cleanliness plays a critical role not only in infection prevention, but also in patient comfort and overall quality of care. This recognition is a testament to the dedication of Adventist Health Hanford’s clinical, environmental services, and support staff who prioritize patient well-being in every corner of the hospital.
Adventist Health Hanford remains committed to continuous quality improvement and exemplary patient care, ensuring that community members receive top-tier services in a supportive and hygienic setting.
