Quality And Safety

Quality and Safety

Delivering the care you deserve

Our doctors, nurses, and other caregivers proudly put safety first on behalf of our patients and communities every day as part of our genuine commitment to quality that is shared across team members at every level of our organization. But our mission isn’t simply to offer you safe, quality care — we partner with you to provide the services you need to experience your best health.

Our commitment to patient safety

From our executives to front-line staff, everyone at Adventist Health is united in the effort to eliminate preventable harm. By embedding patient safety into our plans and developing rigorous safety protocols into our care delivery processes, we make your experience while in our care a top priority. This commitment starts with creating a culture of safety and continuous learning.

Part of this focus on safety is a focus on you, which is why we actively involve patients and families in care decisions. By investing in transparent practices and evidence-based safety measures, we help ensure that your experience — from admission to recovery — is as secure and supportive as possible. Your trust matters, and we work every day to earn it through our unwavering dedication to your well-being.
