Understanding how your body is functioning is key to getting and staying healthy. That’s where our lab services come in. Your provider may order tests as a diagnostic tool during annual check-ups or to help get to the bottom of any symptoms you are experiencing. If you are having blood drawn, you can expect our phlebotomists to follow strict protocols for safety and precision, while treating you with kindness and a gentle touch.

Advanced testing with reliable results

Our lab is equipped with advanced instruments that enable rapid and accurate analysis of various clinical tests. We offer these tests:

• Blood tests
• Urinalysis
• Stool tests
• Sputum tests

When your results are ready, they will be provided to your doctor, who will then discuss them with you. Results for many tests are also viewable in the MyAdventistHealth patient portal.

Visiting our lab

For a smooth and stress-free visit, please know:

• Our lab operates on a walk-in basis only; no appointment is needed.
• Check-in at the main lobby first. Let our friendly staff at the front desk and registration know that you are visiting to do lab work.
• Have your lab order with you so we know which test(s) you need.
• If you have a specimen, such as sputum, stool, urine, or 24-hour urine samples, you can drop it off at the lab.
• If you need supplies and instructions for an at-home specimen collection, please let our lab know and they can provide them to you. You may drop off specimen(s) at a later time.
