A Day in the Life of an OR Nurse

“A Day in the Life of an OR Nurse” is an engaging, immersive class designed for student nurses who want a broad overview of the operating room (OR) environment and preparation for their upcoming surgical rotation. This experience may also spark interest in pursuing perioperative nursing as a future career.

Participants will gain insight into:

• The key roles and workflow within the operating room
• An introduction to basic hands-on OR skills
• The educational and career pathway to becoming an OR nurse

Important information

• Pre-registration is required for all classes.
• If you are coughing or feeling unwell, please contact our team to reschedule your class 
• If minimum enrollment is not met, participants will be notified of the class cancellation and assisted with rescheduling for a future date.
• Attire: Hospital scrubs (any color)

Lunch is included (vegan, vegetarian, GF & standard options available)

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available class date.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If the class is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
