About The Provider

Peggy Thomas, MSN, ACNP-BC, is an experienced nurse practitioner with a passion for lifestyle medicine. She earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at University of California Los Angeles, focusing on adult acute care and her Bachelor of Nursing degree at California State University in Dominguez Hills, CA.

Previously, Peggy supported the TakeTEN program at Adventist Health St. Helena, working especially with diabetic clients and those with nicotine dependence. She has provided services at Adventist Health since 2009. Prior to her work with us, she offered specialty care to patients in both acute care hospital settings and an advanced internal medicine outpatient clinic.

Peggy Thomas is passionate about lifestyle medicine and is dedicated to the philosophy of getting to the cause of disease. She prefers to integrate a combination of evidence-based medicine and education on lifestyle habits that help patients optimize their health.
